What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?
The world that finds out, promotes the culture of peace and non-violence and the world that helps to rehabilitate young people thus bringing out the best leadership seed in them.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Lack of Good leadership principles

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
Well, as much as I applaud each and every individual's success in the race of life so far, I must say we are not yet there. This challenges could best be solve by getting people realize who they are, why they are here and what this is all about, this means, raising good and effective leaders, who are passionate, content and equal to the task. How does it sound? Why not give it a thought.

Mark is a student of International Relations in Covenant University Otta Ogun State Nigeria, I believe the greatest achievement in life is attempting to touch all aspect of human endeavors which thus diversifies the general level of thinking. I enjoy seeing life from within, I love volunteering and dedicating my time to personal development and those in need.

Having lived in an environment full of unused potentials, I've come to realize that no greater thing can be achieved without hard work. I think it's important to inform the world about what is happening in Africa today, by responding to a variety of needs and situation through effective leadership.

What Africa needs at this point is not money but education, of course money is very important but children and youths are being deprived of an effective education due to bad leadership, thus leading to an increase in diseases, unused potentials and a high rate of corruption most especially in Nigeria.

In a world like ours, People should not sit idly by and let those who walk in darkness dictate the moral, economic, academic and social climate of our lives, I know many often feel reluctant contributing towards a better life, their attitude is "my contribution really doesn't make a difference, so why bother. Its okay so far it works for you "But remember one thing, which is the future belongs to those who believe in the power of their dreams, for only dreamers provide jobs and income to those who refuse to dream.

Having said all these, I believe the perfection of Gods well calculated plan is aimed at self fulfillment, to follow this path you have to believe in yourself, develop your good qualities and use them to spread values, morals and personality to others. Never stop learning from others and don't give up for leaders never give up. Believe in yourself, cultivate a culture of love, non-violence and peace that will resurrect our nation from self-destruction and backwardness.

We all have our challenges, doubts, fears, past secrets, mistakes, wrong perceptions but all these are very much irrelevant when we truly consider and remember who we are, why we are here and what this is all about.
Finally I live with my parents, brother and sister in Jos Plateau State Nigeria.
