Please describe your vision of a world that works for everyone.
My vision of a world that works for everybody is one that embraces the fundamental and universal values of equity, justice, love, unity, and peace. A world where we all uphold the tenet of the Golden Rule as a pointer to a magnificent rising to every stakeholder of this thought.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
The issue of poverty, a man-made pathology is one problem that haunts many societies. The widening gap between the rich and the poor is quite depressing, and these problems are perpetuated by hegemonic forces who believe that people can be classified, that some beings are inherently superior, physically, intellectually, or culturally, to others, and, therefore have a right to dominate, suppress and exploit other groups. This is unacceptable! The problem is that our leadership seems to have bought into these ideologies & practices, and now it appears as is there is no alternative, which is not true. The most pressing problems facing the world today are hereby listed below:

* Above all is the inability of mankind to discover himself, his purpose and potentials.
* Ignorance in its generality.
* Poverty.
* Leadership challenge to give direction

This world requires a people with the determination to end poverty... who believe that there is and alternative and is willing to pursue a dream. A leadership that can stand up and become unpopular because they stand for what is right. Development Organizations that are true, and are willing to do some introspection- to review their position, to assess whether they are contributing to or if they are working toward a transformed society, the sustenance of the status quo,

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
To develop user friendly programs to help people discover with ease where they should belong – with the right dose of motivation to keep them on course
* Discovering the ignorance type in a given location and help get the people expose to the experiential knowledge needed
* Training people the course needed to put them on the path of steady wealth creation.
* Developing leadership networks in different sphere on national and international level

PROFILE
In my growing years I was very interested in the literary society of my university - University of Ilorin, Nigeria. This period marked the period of honing of this skill – reading and writing extensively – until recently when it gradually began to yield some dividend.

Also, it helped me to define the area of my interest – construction of a better society – values, ethics and ideology: it was then I set a clear goal of becoming a great influence in Nigeria. This resolve was further necessary in the spate of bad leadership of the country’s dictators in the mid 90’s.

After graduation my focus was divided between survival and living. And recently, I made up my mind to be 100% focus if possible – I left 7Up Bottling Company Plc in 2005. The purpose is to pursue goals, which are fundamental to my purpose.
Having a rich Christian background, with leadership experience at this end, couple with a diversified learning and personal development gives me the confidence, with reasonable support; we will be able to make some influence on the youths especially in the area of leadership development

Recently, I completed a program on Life Discovery and Leadership Development Program, which is to help many people to find their feet in life – living purposefully as they grow in influence to become a leader in their choosing field. So far we have held some couple of training, but much of which is as a supporting resource person.
The favourite books in my life are: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, The Magic of Self Direction by David Schwartz, Julius Caesar Shakespeare, The Great Expectation by Charles Dickens, etc. And men who have helped in giving me direction include: John Maxwell, Creflo Dollar, Chris Oyakhilome, T. D. Jakes, Late Martin Luther King Jnr, Martin Luther the Reformer, Mohandas Gandhi, Michael Ibru, Olusegun Obasanjo, etc.

My favourite past time at childhood is story telling, as I grew older it metamorphosed into story writing which I believe is the outcome of at least three novels and two drama – two of which are receiving attention from two publishers now.

Recently, I have begun changing gear from writing fiction to writing motivational books – the first, which I am working on is: Motivating the Nation to Greatness.
Also, I have made some level of influence through some series of newsletter ‘LifeDiscovery – Inspirational’ newsletter, which many appreciate for, standard and content.

All the above illustrate the medium I am using – as a frame on which to eloquently build our dream of a new society: using literary medium, seminars, conference and much later the electronics medium as one develop a network of like minds – leaders from different fields of endeavours.

And the goal in as much will embrace the secular world; it is nonetheless a Christian based thought and concept.

I believe with your training facilities made available I will be able to reach the zenith of influencing my immediate society, and possibly becoming a toast at International Speaking engagements.

Books Completed:

  • As A Man Thinketh
  • Jonathan Livingston Seagull
  • The New Dynamics Of Winning
  • Psychocybernetics 2000
  • Success Through Positive Mental Attitude
  • Napoleon Hill's Keys To Success
