What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?
A world of Peace, happiness and Prosperous for all human beings.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
Leaders, especially political leaders, it seems that most of them have ego of power which is bringing a big problem in the world and harming a lot of innocent people of the world.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
The leaders have to be familiar with spiritual knowledge, they should learn art of living together happily and peacefully. They should make such environment for others to live peacefully and happily.

Profile
I have been associating in an organization which was started in 1987 on mutual trust, mutual help and mutual cooperation basis. I was at the beginning chairperson of the organization for some years and then hand over such responsibility to my colleague. I learned from the organization about ethics and manner, how one has to live life in a peaceful manner and share good things to other fellows. We used to invite spiritual teachers like monks, nuns, scholars and local priests to learn such ideas and to learn about generating good qualities of human beings. We tend to learn from them about living life happily and peacefully. I personally learn from the organization about how to develop generosity to others, develop loving kindness to friends in society, compassion to junior colleagues, sympathetic joy when some one in our organization and society becomes successful in his or her performances and learn to be balance or practice equanimity when something goes not in favor of my willingness or interest. I used to share such good ideas to my family. I feel so satisfied while sharing the knowledge to my family. It helps all of us to be happy.

Most of the members from my organizations are young people from craftsmen family. They belong to small handicraft business. They work together in their houses as self employees. Our organization also conducts skill training to the poor craftsmen and artisans to face emerging challenges and to provide them new marketable skills along with methods of right livelihood. Right livelihood is a positive approach towards life as well as towards making an honest living in a cooperative sprit.

I am interested in working together with people for community development activities. In my leisure time I am interested to meet my friends, visit peaceful places and read some books.
