What is your vision of a world that works for everyone?
My vision of a world that works for everyone could be describe as a world with good leaders who knows what they are doing. People who are responsible and people who respect those they lead.

What do you see as the most pressing problems facing the world today?
These days there's hardly peace anywhere. There is crime the world over. Most of the perpetrators going unpunished because of poor leadership ability from our leaders.

How do you feel these problems could best be solved?
By teaching our future leaders to put the people they serve before their own greed and having genuine love for their fellow man. By teaching them to do unto others as they would have others do unto them.

Profile
My name is Diapah Ayo Quinisier.  I am twenty years old and the second of four boys. I am 5'7", dark as a bar of chocolate and kind of slim. I am a born again Christian and sometimes I wonder what it feels like to live on this earth without knowing God personally.

I have a passion for reading, singing and listening to music. Gospel and R & B are my favorites. I believe I am going to be a great orator someday though I haven't figure out how that is going to happen. Right now am in school and working part time in a cyber cafe. Want to study mass communication or economics. I read both fiction and non-fiction. Presently, books by John Grisham and Jeffery Archer are my favorites.

I have had the opportunity to travel to five countries in West Africa and that has really helped me. I have learned several African languages and dialects and I have interacted with a lot of people from different cultural backgrounds and with different beliefs. On those occasions, I learn to appreciate people and a lot of things we take for granted.

I am the secretary general of the Youth Assured Ministry (YAM) based in Ghana. Our Organization, which is youth oriented, help young people realized their potentials and develop them. We've worked on several projects ranging from sanitation to awareness etc. In the area of awareness, we organized an excursion for one hundred youths to one of the biggest Internet cafes in Ghana where they were taught how to use the Internet. We have also organized seminars, workshops and sports activities.

We visited the Liberian refugee camp and conducted several workshops and training exercises for them. We taught them mostly about STDs and it's prevention and cure in the workshops while in the training we taught them how be self productive and self efficient. We taught vocations ranging from knitting to pastries etc. Most of those who benefited from those training sessions are financially independent today. Some are even training others in their areas of work/business. I even learn to knit from one of those training sessions.

I hope to leave Africa someday and go outside where I can get more experience. Leaving Africa is every African dream but will want to go and come back to Africa and contribute whatever I can to my country. I am presently working as a computer operator in a cyber cafe, a medium through which I got to know and share a lot of things. I have also made a lot of friends. It was through this medium my brother introduce me to this organization. Something I have never regretted. As I conclude this profile, I will like to say thanks in advance to all those who helped to sponsor this program. Can't wait to hear from you.
