Student Projects:

IIGL Students are actively working to transform, not only their own lives, but their communities, nations and the world. In an effort to support their endeavors, we have developed a format and encouraged active students to submit project proposals designed to improve their communities.

We believe that this process will

  • Provide a good incentive for students to reach a certain level of IIGL studies to qualify for submitting a proposal.

  • Stimulate their creativity to think about and come up with ideas on how to implement projects at the grass roots based on what they have learned from IIGL.

  • Give them a way to organize their ideas, set goals and time lines, come up with a budget, etc., all of which is excellent training.

  • Allow individuals and family foundations to become personally & directly involved in using their resources for making a impact in local communities around the world.

Although we do not have the resources to fund these projects directly, we can give them exposure through our website so that potential funders may review them. We are also willing to work with funders in helping to match resources and needs so that funding is used prudently with accountability in terms of expenditures and results.

For more information on a particular project, you may contact the source person directly or the IIGL office at lightweave@aol.com
